Our Team

Founder of Lipscomb Real Estate, Mike is a lifelong resident of the Monterey Peninsula.  He offers 50 years of real estate expertise. As a submarine veteran once deployed to the U.S.S. Carbanero, Mike was the youngest Navy personnel to achieve the rank E-5.  Mike supports our troops at home and abroad.

Leslie is a broker, contractor and student in the MCM accreditation program.  Owning multiple mobile home parks, he offers 20 years insight in mobile home park maintenance, management and sales.  Mike and Leslie share a love of all things automotive.

Having been exposed to the industry for most of his life through his grandfather Mike, Mack is excited to offer his ability in connecting buyers and sellers.  He is committed to providing clients with the latest and most accurate information.  Mack is a recent college graduate with a Bachelors in Business and a four-year college football athlete, Mack enjoys fitness and sports.
